Following, you will find a couple of two lengthy,guided drives covering the New England North West Region. A hard copy of theses drives can be found on the new England North West Regional Map available at Moree Visitor Information Centre. The map also includes a listing of the regional Visitor Information Centres, a map of Countrylink services and general Must Do's for the region.

 

Drive 1:  Ballina/South East Queensland to Moree Approximately 980km.

Moree is an agricultural wonder offering visitors the chance to enjoy the spoils of the rich, fertile black soil plains. Olive groves and  the largest Pecan farm in the Southern Hemisphere can be viewed when coming to Moree. Golden fields of Wheat and paddocks white with Cotton are common sites in the area at varying times of the year.
Imagine relaxing in the Hot, Steamy, Thermal Mineral spas at the Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre...  a great way to rest, relax and rejuvenate at the end of  your drive...

Drive 2 : A 7 day break from Grafton Approximately 970km.
